A conviction of defendant for grand theft, forgery, and other crimes, is affirmed where: 1) the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to prove the charges against defendant; and 2) the 2009 amendments to Penal Code section 4019 are retroactive and defendant is entitled to recalculation of his presentence custody credits.
