People v. Henry, A125270

Conviction of defendant for being a felon in possession of a firearm, following a no contest plea, is affirmed as defendant's motion to suppress was properly denied as the evidence seized from his car during a warrantless search incident to his arrest was admissible, due to the application of the good faith exception to the exclusionary rule.
