California Court of Appeal

Garber v. Superior Court, B212766

Defendant's petition for habeas relief, challenging a decision by the appellate division of the superior court that affirmed his conviction for carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place or on a public street, is denied as the trial court did not err by refusing to give "place of residence" jury instructions because at the time defendant committed the offenses, he was not using his mobile home for residential purposes.
