Trial court's conviction of defendant for committing lewd and lascivious acts on a minor and other related crimes and imposition of 15 years to life, plus 26 years are affirmed where: 1) trial court's jury instruction on forcible lewd and lascivious act was not erroneous; and 2) trial court's jury instruction on lesser included offense to forcible lewd and lascivious acts on minor was not erroneous.
