Conviction of defendant for possession of Ecstasy and other crimes and sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment is affirmed where: 1) substantial evidence supports defendant's conviction for simple possession of Ecstasy; and 2) defendant was adequately notified of the Ecstasy possession charge.
