California Court of Appeal

People v. House, B212057

In a prosecution for various theft offenses, the restitution and parole revocation fines imposed by the trial court are affirmed where defendant forfeited her right to object to the amounts of the fines and failed to establish that her counsel provided ineffective assistance in failing to object. However, the trial court's computation of pre-sentence custody credits is vacated where the recent amendment to Penal Code section 4019 applied retroactively.
