Conviction of defendant for rape and various related offenses involving multiple victims is affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded where: 1) defendant's conviction on count 52 for violation of section 222 is reversed as the trial court erred by not giving a unanimity instruction regarding count 52; and 2) defendant's section 1465.8 fine is reduced to $740.
