In a petition by trust beneficiaries for an order compelling the trustee to make a final distribution and finding of breach of trust, the probate court's judgment with respect to its denial of attorney's fees is reversed and remanded as the court erred in finding that section 17211(b) is inapplicable as a matter of law because the proceeding does not constitute a contest of the trustee's account.
