Marquez v. Med. Bd. of California, C060456

In plaintiff's petition for a writ of mandate seeking an order to compel defendant-Board to comply with a statute, deem plaintiff to have passed the US Medical Licensing Examination, and issue her a license, trial court's denial of the petition is reversed as, although plaintiff is not entitled to an order deeming her to have passed, she is entitled to take the examination again and entitled to an order directing the Board to comply with the statute.
