California Court of Appeal

People v. Perez, H033386

Conviction of defendant for three sex offenses involving different victims is affirmed where: 1) defendant's claim that the statute of limitations barred prosecution of two of the charges is rejected as recent California Supreme Court case law establishes that the trial court's ruling was correct; 2) there was substantial evidence to support defendant's conviction; and 3) defendant's challenge to the admissibility of child sexual abuse evidence is without merit.
