Daniels v. Robbins, G039984

In plaintiff's action against various defendants arising from an underlying lawsuit brought against her, trial court's decision is affirmed where: 1) trial court's grant of an anti-SLAPP motion was not in error as plaintiff failed to make the required showing that she would probably prevail on her claims; and 2) plaintiff failed to make a prima facie case of malice against the attorneys.
