In an underlying suit for breach of contract and fraud, trial court's order declaring plaintiff a vexatious litigant under Code of Civil Proc. section 391(b)(1) and a pre-filing order pursuant to section 391.7 are affirmed as the trial court did not err because plaintiff had suffered an adverse final determinaiton in at least six separate litigations that he commenced in propria persona within the immediate seven-year period preceding the trial court's orders.
