In a landlord-tenant dispute, trial court's grant of defendants' SLAPP motion in striking plaintiff's six of ten causes of action is reversed where defendants' section 425.16 motion in the trial court did not, on the facts and pleadings of the case, satisfy the first prong of the statute and therefore, the trial court erred in granting it as to any of the causes of action in plaintiff's complaint.
