Fuller v. Huerlin, G040506

Trial court finding that defendant was not a party to the voluntary dissolution proceeding of a professional corporation of which he was a shareholder is reversed where: 1) defendant was sufficiently aggrieved by the judgment to appeal from it, regardless of whether he was a party to the dissolution proceeding; and 2) the court violated defendant's right to due process by adjudicating FairWage's claim against him, since he was not a party to the voluntary dissolution proceeding.
