People v. Buskirk, D054757

Conviction for second degree robbery is affirmed where the trial court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress his statements made during the various interviews as defendant never unequivocally expressed a desire for the assistance of counsel in dealing with the questioning by detectives, even though he was given the opportunity to do so when advised of his Miranda rights three times.
