In a disability discrimination and retaliation action brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) the facility where plaintiff worked is under federal sovereignty and is subject to the federal enclave doctrine, which bars state law claims; 2) plaintiff's claims were properly dismissed under the federal enclave doctrine as plaintiff was employed by a federal contractor working on a federal enclave, and she failed to raise a triable issue of fact as to whether her employment claims arose outside of the federal enclave; and 3) the court did not abuse its discretion in overruling plaintiff's objections to the admission of defendant's evidence tending to show that the facility was located on a federal enclave.
