California Court of Appeal
Palacio del Mar Homeowners' Ass'n. v. McMahon, G040349
In an appeal from a postjudgment order requiring defendant to turn a domain name over to plaintiff to satisfy a judgment, the order is reversed where: 1) plaintiff could not obtain an order directing the turnover of intangible property directly to it; and 2) plaintiff failed to show that defendant was in possession of the domain name.
