In an action against defendant police department for wrongfully suspending plaintiffs, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed in part, where plaintiffs' tort causes of action were barred by the doctrine of governmental immunity; but reversed in part, where that doctrine did not apply to the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights.
