Americans for Safe Access, Inc. v. County of Alameda, A121390

In an action under Elections Code section 15630 requesting certain materials in connection with a vote recount, summary judgment for Plaintiffs is affirmed in part, where the trial court correctly determined the materials requested were relevant within the meaning of section 15630; but reversed in part where, having properly disposed of the issues on statutory grounds, the trial court should not have addressed constitutional questions.
