Trial court order denying plaintiff's request regarding a change of school and change of name for plaintiff and defendant's child is affirmed where: 1) the court did not err in failing to apply the strict scrutiny standard in ruling on plaintiff's request regarding the child's school; 2) the court did not err in refusing to consider hearsay evidence regarding the child in determining what school the child would attend; and 3) the trial court did not err in denying plaintiff's request to change the child's last name.
