P. v. Ugalino, C055469

Conviction for attempted robbery is reversed where there was insufficient evidence that defendant owned, had access to, control over, or an obligation to protect the marijuana defendant attempted to steal. Conviction for robbery and making a criminal threat is affirmed where there was sufficient evidence to sustain both of the convictions.
