Conviction for unlawful possession of an assault weapon is affirmed where Penal Code sec. 12280 (b) and (c) prohibiting possession of an assault weapon or .50 caliber BMG rifle does not violate defendant's right to bear arms under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.
