California Court of Appeal
County of Sacramento v. Sandison, C058396
Trial court order awarding attorney's fees to defendant is affirmed where the trial court did not err in failing to apply the Government Code sec. 25845 (c) to the contractual award of attorneys fees made in this case and limiting the amount of the prevailing party's attorney fees to those incurred by the county, as the provision applies only to attorney's fees authorized by a county ordinance.
