In an conservatorship action, trial court order is reversed where there is no equal-protection violation in a determination under Welfare and Institutions Code section 72751 that estates of individuals committed to state hospitals pursuant to Penal Code sec. 1368 as pretrial detainees may be held liable for the cost of their care and treatment.
