In an action challenging a restitution order, juvenile court order is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion and violate defendant's constitutional right to due process by imposing restitution for damages as the order was justified by the court's finding that defendant's unlawful conduct was a substantial factor in the pedestrian's death
