In a class action seeking seeking damages for unpaid overtime compensation, trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendant against co-plaintiff and denial of plaintiff's motion for class certification is affirmed where: 1) the release signed by co-plaintiff of all claims against defendant in exchange for enhanced benefits upon her termination is enforceable and defeats her claims; and 2) the voluntary settlement of plaintiff's claim against defendant deprives her of standing to represent the class.
