In a breach of contract action, trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendant is reversed and remanded where the court erred in denying plaintiff compensation for services provided, as triable issues of fact existed involving the extent to which plaintiff provided either unlicensed broker services or non-broker services for which it did not need a license.
