California Court of Appeal
People v. Pearl, G041316
Conviction for burglary and receiving stolen property is reversed where the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence as the prosecution did not meet its burden imposed by California law and the Fourth Amendment of establishing at the suppression hearing that defendant was on parole when the warrantless searches were conducted.
