California Court of Appeal
Mono County Dep't. of Health and Human Serv. v. Cluster B., C058116
In a juvenile dependency action, juvenile court's grant of plaintiff's petition for modification to rescind a prior order for a psychological examination of the minor is affirmed where: 1) defendant-father lacked standing as no legally cognizable interest personal to defendant was directly affected; and 2) defendant's Indian Child Welfare Act claim fails as the ICWA was not implicated in the orders appealed from.
