In an action brought under the Brown Act, trial court's denial of plaintiff's petition for writ of mandate to set aside all action taken in the disputed closed session and enjoin all future closed session evaluations of independent contractors is affirmed where the closed session involved the executive officer of the Commission and thus his performance evaluation behind closed doors was proper.
