In a juvenile dependency action, juvenile court's issuance of a restraining order against defendant is affirmed where: 1) although the criminal court had already issued a restraining order, the juvenile court did err in issuing its own restraining order; and 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the issuance of the restraining order protecting defendant's son.
