In re Chaudhary, H032794
Trial court order crediting time plaintiff spent in prison before his release on parole to the parole discharge eligibility requirement is reversed where the plain language of the Penal Code section 3000.1 indicates that any part of the five-year parole discharge eligibility requirement cannot be satisfied by time spent in prison prior to release from confinement on parole.
