California Court of Appeal

People v. Dean, E041513

Judgment and order committing defendant to the State Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator is affirmed where: 1) there was no reversible error in allowing plaintiff's experts to testify to inadmissible hearsay; and 2) the appointment of only one expert for defendant did not violate his due process rights as he was fully able to present his side of the story to the trier of fact and fundamental fairness was accorded.
