California Court of Appeal

People v. Vang, C058020

Conviction for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 is affirmed where the trial court did not deprive defendant of due process and a fair trial by refusing defendant's proposed modification to the jury instructions and giving the jury the standard instruction on witness credibility, as the given instruction covered every possible source of good faith inaccuracy in testimony and correctly informed the jury how to assess them.
