Trial court's modified verdict convicting plaintiff for sexual battery and attempted sexual battery is reversed where those crimes are not lesser included offenses of the original conviction of sexual battery by fraudulent representation and attempted sexual battery by fraudulent representation, and thus, the order exceeded the trial court's jurisdiction.
