In a custody action, trial court's grant of third party non-parent's petition for joinder to the plaintiff's Uniform Parentage Act action is reversed for lack of standing where the non-parent cannot seek to gain custody of the children by injecting herself into the inactive UPA action in which the issue of custody was settled years ago.
