In an employment action, trial court judgment ordering defendant to dismiss adverse actions against plaintiff and reinstate them to their employment is reversed where the records failed to support a finding of a violation of the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights, and thus, the trial court was not authorized to grant plaintiff the relief sought under Government Code section 3309.5.
