In a claims of sexual abuse brought against defendant-Catholic Bishop for abuse suffered in the 1970's by plaintiff who were then children, dismissal of complaint is reversed where: 1) prior limitations periods did not extinguish claims that had not accrued while those limitations were in effect; and 2) the timeliness of the complaint was to be measured by the statute in effect at the time the complaint was filed.
