Conviction and sentence for arson, possession of a destructive device in public, and felony vandalism of 11 motor vehicles are affirmed as corrected where: 1) the destructive device used in the crimes was prohibited by Penal Code section 12303.2; and 2) the trial court had no sua sponte duty to define the term "breakable" for the jury.
