Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance while armed, possession of ammunition by a felon, and participation in a criminal street gang is affirmed and remanded for imposing sentence on the gang enhancement allegation, and the trial court is directed to certain sentencing adjustments where: 1) the court committed plain error in admitting unnecessary quantities of evidence; however 2) the error was harmless because the case against defendant was overwhelming.
