Sentences of indeterminate term of 15 years to life for aggravated sexual assault and consecutive low term of three years for forcible lewd act are affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the court abused its discretion by imposing a full consecutive sentence under section 667.6, subdivision (c); and 2) the imposition of a consecutive sentence violated of defendant's Sixth Amendment right to a jury trial.
