Eder v. California Dep't of Fish & Game, A120532

In an action challenging defendants' revocation of plaintiffs' Dungeness crab vessel permits, denial of writ and declaratory relief is affirmed over objections that the relevant section of the Fish and Game Code: 1) extraterritorially regulated conduct that was lawful in Oregon; 2) violated the dormant Commerce Clause; and 3) violated the Privileges and Immunities Clause.
