Convictions and sentence arising out of a fraudulent investment scheme are affirmed in part and vacated in part where 1) defendant could be convicted only of one count of forgery per forged instrument; and 2) separate sentences for two forgery counts were improper when the forgery was part and parcel of the theft, securities fraud, and burglary.
