Galindo v. Superior Court of Los Angeles County (City of Los Angeles Police Dep't), B208923

Petitioner is not entitled to discovery of the personnel files of the officers who arrested him, for use during his preliminary hearing on a charge of resisting an executive officer and making criminal threats. Such discovery, seeking evidence of citizen complaints alleging misconduct by law enforcement officers, is not permitted for use in a preliminary hearing.
