California Court of Appeal
People v. Crabtree, B192743
Two of Appellant's various molestation convictions are reversed, where he was not prosecuted within the one year statute of limitations for attempted misdemeanor molestation of a minor under 14 years old. With regard to the count of misdemeanor child molesting, the trial court erred by staying execution of a sentence that it did not pronounce.
