In action for recall of remittitur on the ground that the 1997 dismissal of defendant's appeal from conviction for sexual abuse of a minor resulted from neglect and misconduct by appellant attorney, petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted and remittitur is recalled and appeal is reinstated where: 1) defendant showed good cause to recall the remittitur; and 2) defendant was entitled to relief he sought.
