California Court of Appeal

In re R.C., D052698

Juvenile court judgment terminating mother's parental rights to her minor son is affirmed over claims that: 1) the court erred by summarily denying defendant-mothers' section 388 petition for modification seeking further reunification services or placement of child with her; 2) the court erred in finding sufficient evidence to support the findings that child was adoptable and that the beneficial parent-child relationship exception of section 366.26, subdivision (c)(1)(B)(i) did not apply to preclude terminating parental rights.
