In an age discrimination case against defendant-superior court under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), summary judgment for defendant-court is reversed where: 1) statutory immunity did not protect against direct public entity liability under FEHA; and 2) there were triable issues of fact relating to the discrimination claim.
