In an action against defendant-insurer for breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, denial of defendant's petition to compel arbitration of the action is reversed and remanded where, based on the plain language of Civil Code section 2860(c), the parties were required to arbitrate the portion of their dispute that pertained to the amount of attorney's fees owed to plaintiff for its defense by independent counsel.
