California Court of Appeal

In re Marriage of Brooks and Robinson, E043770

Following separation of husband and wife and sale of house by wife, rejection of husband's claim that the property was community property is affirmed where: 1) there was no evidence in the record to rebut the form of title presumption; 2) the house was wife's separate property as a matter of law; and 3) each of husband's claims were based upon his unsupported assertion that the house was community property.
